Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited is a licensed provider of Internet and Internet telephony services. The company hereby intends to provide customers with broadband or high-speed Internet access and services on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Installation and Activation of Service

The activation of services is based on the technical feasibility of the connection and payment realisation. The company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or other loss incurred or experienced by the subscriber as a result of a delay in the installation or commissioning of service. In cases of non-feasibility, the company will return any payments made. No charges will be imposed on the subscriber prior to deployment due to the service provider’s or company’s failure to offer service within the stipulated term. (The standard delivery period is 7 days from the date the cheque for subscription charges is cleared.) However, prior to service being offered as a result of the subscriber’s decision, all one-time expenses such as installation fees, activation fees, transactional fees levied as a result of online payments made by the customer, and so on, will be forfeited. The service plans that are accessible to the customer are more precisely defined in the price list that the company has made available to the customer. The company maintains the right, without notice, to discontinue any service plan or change the pricing or benefits under any service plan. The customer’s service entitlements under the selected service plan will be effective on the date the agreement is signed. However, the company reserves the right to alter or modify the service at its own discretion, if need be. All terminal equipment, including but not limited to the cable modem, drop cable, Ethernet card if any, and any gadgets installed within or attached to the customer’s premises in relation to the services, shall remain the assets of the company unless it is clearly transferred to the customer in writing through a separate bill of sale or transfer. The customer is liable for the security and care of the equipment and cannot damage, alter, or remove it without the company’s written consent.

Customer Data Management Policy

We handle your data in accordance with general data processing guidelines. We may use the details we get from our site for a number of things, including:

  • to set up an account
  • to send information about billing
  • to make sure data is safe and prevent fraud
  • to provide support

For direct marketing, we might use the contact details provided by you. Withdrawal of Services

The company reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the service without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of installation fees, modem purchase price, monthly membership fees, or dishonoured customer cheques. The company may penalise dishonoured cheques upon service restoration.
  • False or fraudulent statements by the customer regarding the company’s service provision
  • Gambling, soliciting, email threats or denial of service on any party or server, the purposeful transfer of viruses, harmful or nuisance emailing or messaging, dissemination of immoral or pornographic information, commercial fraud, copyright violations, law violations, and other offences
  • Damage to the company’s equipment or terminal devices used to supply the service.
  • Changes to the company’s network are preventing service to the customer in a particular area.
  • Complying with government orders, requests, and directions.

If the customer stops using the service for any reason, the company has the right to take back all of its equipment. The customer must let authorized employees of the company or its contractors do this without letting them down or stopping them, even if the customer still owes money to the company. No action, document, contract, or other content prepared by the customer or used by the customer in contracts with other parties shall take away the company’s rights to recover the equipment if the agreement is ended or not renewed.

Payment Options & Policies

You can pay by A/C Payee cheque, online, DD, or Pay Order written on a local bank in favour of “Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited,”  or through Paytm.  Payment must be made on or before the due date, failing which the company shall have the right to charge interest at the rate of 18% per annum or the current market rate of interest, if higher, on all the charges that are due, and in addition, shall be entitled to discontinue or suspend the services without notice at its sole discretion. The company can adjust any security deposit the customer has paid against such outstanding balances. For you to order and use our services, you may need to give us some financial information so that we can process payments more easily. We won’t store or get any information about your payment card. This information goes straight to our third-party payment processors, whose Privacy Policies say how they can use your personal information. Paypal, Stripe, Razorpay, and Paytm all store all payment information. Cancelation of Services

Services will be suspended when the service plan expires. But the customer can get the services back on by subscribing to any renewal pack that works for them. If a customer wants to cancel service, he or she must send Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited a written letter. Any modem deposit would be repaid after adjusting the customer balance if any. According to company records, refunds will be provided solely by cheque or NEFT in the subscriber’s name. Subscriptions and one-time purchases, including installation and modem rentals, are non-refundable. The company won’t pay interest on refunds. The company has the right to use any and all payments made by the customer to pay off any debts that the customer still owes to the company. If a customer uses more than what was included in their service plan, they will have to incur additional costs.  Subscriber agrees to pay Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited installation, activation, subscription, and other charges, as well as statutory taxes and levies, as notified by Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited. If the subscriber decides to relocate, the connection will be subject to the availability of Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited services in that area, and feasibility and relocation expenses would apply.

Billing & Invoices

At agreed-upon intervals, Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited sends bills and invoices for subscribed services at the contractual rate to the subscriber’s registered email address. Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited isn’t responsible for late or lost bills or invoices. In case of non-receipt, the subscriber must contact Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited and pay the dues at the agreed rates by the due date.  Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited retains the right to withdraw, suspend, or terminate the services partially and/or wholly with or without notifying the subscriber in the event of non-payment of an invoice or bill by the due date or if the subscriber’s payment instrument is not paid to Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited by the subscriber’s bankers. In the event of service discontinuation or disconnection, subscriber charges and fees will not be refunded. The invoice or bill must be paid in whole by the due date specified therein. If you don’t pay by the due date, you’ll have to pay 2% per month in interest. If a check isn’t honoured, the subscriber will have to pay a penalty of 2.5% per month of the amount, with a minimum of Rs. 150 per device, as well as any other fees that may apply. This clause only applies to postpaid subscribers. Internet plans will be available on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis, and billing can be done either prepaid or postpaid. For prepaid subscribers who switch plans during the course of their service, the amount for the remaining time of service will not be added to the cost of their new plan. Static IP addresses (if provided) will be assigned following the submission of a rationale and a network diagram outlining where they will be used. Static IP will cost extra, and Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited will decide whether or not to offer it. If Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited offers value-added services through a partnership, those services will be governed by the terms and conditions of that partnership, including any end-user licence agreements. For services to be turned back on, the outstanding balance and any other charges, as well as installation fees, must be paid in full. It will be up to Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited to decide whether or not to let the services start up again. Any manuals, packages, booklets, or other materials issued by Telemantrra Sales Corporation Private Limited from time to time will be conditional on the subscriber. The company is not responsible in any way for the content on the World Wide Web or for any content that the customer or anyone else who uses the service accesses.

Refund Policy

Any appropriate refund will be issued to the customer within 15 working days after account termination. Account termination will proceed after receiving CPE in good working condition, and any outstanding balances will be settled in 3 working days with communication with the customer. If a consumer wishes to cancel the service prior to installation, he or she will receive a full refund. But if a consumer wishes to cancel the services after two or three months, he will not be refunded.

Third Party Website Policy

The company does not own or manage third-party websites linked to this Site. The company is not responsible for third-party website content, terms, conditions, or privacy policies. The company does not alter third-party websites either. You relieve the Company from all third-party website liability by accessing this Site. The company advises you to be aware when you leave this Site and to study the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other governing documents of each website you visit.
